Cabin Auction

We have 11 cabins up for auction this year.
Auction Opens Feb 1st @ 12:01 am
and Closes on Feb 8th @ 11:59 pm

 

Bids start at $250.00 per cabin. The highest 11 bids will be accepted. Bids must be emailed to boss113@gmail.com with the following information:

Amtgard Name:
Email:
Phone Number:
Park and Kingdom:
Bid Amount:

 

If your bid does not have the above mentioned information it is an invalid bid and will not be accepted. And you will be notified.

 

All bids will be time stamped as to help with ties breakers of winning bids (the sooner you bid the better). If you are outbid you will be notified as soon as possible.

The auctions will be updated on the Spring War Facebook Event Page with current winning bids. (Amount – Winners Amtgard Name).

 

 

 

Winning bids will be notified Feb. 9th, 2015 and payment for the cabin must be received no later than Feb 18th, 2015 or your bid will be invalid. 

 

Cabin Description
 

The Cabins  air-conditioned and heated.

 

Each cabin has its own bathroom and each cabin can accommodate up to 12 people.

 

The beds are bunked. Guests must bring their own pillow, bed and bath linens.
